Zoho Recruit Specialist/Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Zoho Recruit Project Manager/specialist to lead a short-term implementation/optimization project. This is a project-based engagement with defined deliverables.

Schedule: Flexible | Project-based - completion of the project is the priority

Responsibilities:

ATS Implementation & Setup
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Zoho Recruit
• Configure system settings aligned with recruitment workflows
• Ensure ATS is optimized for daily recruitment operations

Integrations & Automation
• Integrate LinkedIn Jobs to build and sync candidate databases
• Sync careers email with Zoho Recruit so all communications flow through the system
• Ensure seamless data flow between platforms and tools

Customization & Workflow Design
• Customize recruitment stages, pipelines, and workflows
• Set up interview scheduling capabilities and automation
• Optimize candidate tracking and recruiter usability

Training & Handover
• Conduct a 1-hour live training session with leadership team
• Provide guidance on system usage and best practices
• Ensure smooth handover and system adoption

Project Delivery
• Commence immediately and manage project timelines
• Deliver all priority requirements efficiently
• Ensure system is fully functional and ready for use

- Priority 1: Integrate LinkedIn jobs so we have candidate databases.
- Priority 2: sync in careers email to Zoho Recruit so all comms come from that email.
- Priority 3: Customize Zoho Recruit so we have recruitment stages/interview scheduling capability, etc.
- Priority 4: 1 hour training session with LT - how to use it / etc

Requirements:
• Proven experience with Zoho Recruit implementation and integration
• Strong experience in ATS setup, customization, and workflow design
• Experience integrating LinkedIn Jobs with ATS platforms
• Experience setting up email sync and communication workflows
• Ability to build recruitment pipelines, automation, and scheduling systems
• Strong project management and delivery skills
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
