About the role:
We're looking for a skilled Zoho developer to build and configure our tech stack from the ground up. This is a hands-on build role — you'll implement Zoho Recruit as our core ATS and connect it with the broader Zoho ecosystem to support how our team operates day to day.
Crucially, you need to understand how recruitment actually works — the workflows, candidate pipelines, client management, and placement processes — so you can translate that into smart, practical Zoho configurations. We don't need someone who will learn on the job; we need someone who has done this before.
What you'll build
- Full Zoho Recruit setup — job pipelines, candidate stages, interview scheduling, offer workflows, and automation rules
- Client (employer) management integrated with Zoho CRM — job briefs, contacts, and placement tracking
- Zoho Flow automations connecting Recruit, CRM, People, Mail, and Sign where relevant
- Custom modules, fields, and layouts tailored to how a recruitment operation works
- Career portal setup and job board integrations
- Reporting dashboards to track placements, pipeline health, and consultant activity
- Clean documentation and handover so the internal team can manage and extend the system
What we need from you
- Proven experience implementing Zoho Recruit — ideally within a staffing or recruitment business
- Strong working knowledge of the Zoho ecosystem: CRM, Flow, People, Sign, Mail, and how they connect
- A genuine understanding of recruitment workflows — sourcing, screening, placement, and client management — so configs make operational sense
- Ability to scope, plan, and deliver a full system build within a fixed project timeline
- Clear communication and documentation — remote collaboration throughout
Nice to have
- Deluge scripting experience for custom functions and advanced automation
- Previous builds for temp, perm, or executive search businesses
- Experience migrating data into Zoho Recruit from another ATS
