oho CRM Expert – Freelance (Per Task) | Remote – Philippines
We're looking for a skilled Zoho CRM specialist to support ongoing configuration and optimisation across our businesses in the NDIS, community services, and construction sectors.

What you'll do:

Make targeted tweaks and updates to an existing Zoho CRM setup
Configure workflows, automations, fields, and pipelines as needed
Troubleshoot issues and implement improvements on request

What we need:

Proven hands-on experience with Zoho CRM (not just Zoho One in general)
Able to work independently with minimal briefing
Fast turnaround, clear communication, and attention to detail
Experience with service-based or multi-entity businesses is a plus

Engagement: Per task — scope and rate agreed before each job. No retainer.
