We are a real estate business in Ontario, Canada, actively using Zoho One to manage our operations, track deals, automate workflows, and streamline financial processes.

Unlike a traditional CRM setup, our approach is practical and iterative—we develop Zoho as we use it, ensuring that our system evolves based on real-world needs rather than rigid planning.

We’re looking for a flexible and adaptive Zoho Developer who can provide ongoing support, enhancements, and integrations as our business grows.

Potential for More Work: If we see that things are going well, we will assign additional projects and increase hours based on business needs.


What You’ll Do:

- Ongoing Zoho CRM Development – Customize modules, fields, layouts, and views based on evolving needs.
- Workflow Automation & Blueprints – Build automated processes for lead tracking, deals, expenses, and client communication.
- Zoho Integrations – Connect Zoho CRM with third-party services like IDX, MLS, Google Calendar, VoIP, SMS, and financial tools.
- Zoho Books & Zoho Expense Customization – Assist in automating real estate financial tracking.
- Dashboards & Reporting – Set up insights-driven dashboards and real-time reports.
- Ongoing Improvements & Support – Work on incremental enhancements as we use the system daily.


What We’re Looking For:

- Strong Zoho Expertise – Proven experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho One apps.
- Practical & Adaptive Mindset – Ability to develop Zoho based on real-world use rather than a fixed upfront plan.
- Problem Solver & Critical Thinker – Someone who can suggest smart solutions instead of just executing tasks.
- Experience with Real Estate CRMs (Preferred, Not Required) – Understanding of real estate lead management & transactions is a plus.
-API & Integration Knowledge – Ability to connect Zoho with third-party tools for automation and data sync.
-Strong Communication Skills – Able to discuss requirements clearly and work iteratively with feedback.
