Zoho Creator / Zoho Systems Assistant

Overview:
We are looking for a Zoho Creator assistant to help support and improve internal business systems. This role is for someone who has hands-on experience with Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, forms, reports, workflows, lookups, pages, and automations.

You will help update existing Zoho Creator applications, troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, clean up fields, test functions, and document system changes.

Responsibilities:

Assist with Zoho Creator app updates and troubleshooting
Work with forms, reports, lookups, subforms, workflows, and pages
Help write, review, and troubleshoot Deluge scripts
Test workflows and confirm that forms behave correctly
Help improve user experience for production, quality, document control, and operational systems
Create or update simple documentation for system changes
Support data cleanup, field mapping, and form logic updates
Help with integrations between Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho WorkDrive, Zoho Projects, or other Zoho apps when needed

Required Skills:

Experience with Zoho Creator
Basic to intermediate Deluge scripting experience
Understanding of forms, reports, pages, workflows, and lookup fields
Ability to troubleshoot errors and explain fixes clearly
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable testing changes before implementation
Organized and able to document work completed

Preferred Experience:

Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho WorkDrive, Zoho Projects, Zoho Learn, or Zoho Analytics
Experience building internal systems for manufacturing, operations, inventory, quality, or document control
Experience with barcode workflows, production tracking, or employee clock-in systems
Understanding of APIs or Zoho integrations

Work Style Needed:

We need someone who is careful and practical. You do not need to be a senior developer, but you must understand Zoho Creator well enough to troubleshoot, test, and support live internal systems.
