Zoho CRM Adminsitrator

???? Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Zoho CRM Administrator to join our remote team. This role will be pivotal in managing, customizing, and optimizing our Zoho CRM system to streamline our sales, customer service, and marketing workflows.

You will work closely with the sales and operations teams to improve data accuracy, automate repetitive tasks, and ensure smooth integration between Zoho CRM and other platforms like WooCommerce, QuickBooks Online)

????? Key Responsibilities:
Customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, workflows, and automation rules

Manage leads, deals, contacts, and accounts structure

Set up and maintain Price Books, products, and custom quoting workflows

Create custom dashboards and reports for sales and operations

Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party tools (WooCommerce, NetParcel, QuickBooks, etc.)

Support data migration, cleanups, and deduplication efforts

Train internal users and provide day-to-day support

Maintain user roles, profiles, and data access controls

Ensure CRM follows best practices and scales with our business needs

? Requirements:
Proven experience managing Zoho CRM (minimum 1 year)

Experience creating workflows, custom functions, and automations using Deluge script

Familiarity with WooCommerce, QuickBooks Online, or Zendesk integrations is a big plus

Strong understanding of sales pipelines, CRM processes, and customer lifecycle

Excellent communication skills in English

High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Experience with Zoho One or other Zoho apps (e.g., Zoho Books, Zoho Flow)

Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and order-to-cash processes

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates or webforms
