Zapier/LearnWorld/Hubspot Integration Assistance

I have a need to do the following:

We have Hubspot for emailing clients, however the cost to upgrade makes no sense at this time due to how significant of an increase it is.

We want to use Zapier if possible to create triggered drip campaigns between HubSpot newsletters and LearnWorld (where they sign up and pay) for instance if they leave the checkout to make it automatically prompt the next email etc.

I don't know if this is possible if so I would love to know the way it can work and what's needed on my end for us to have you set it up properly.

Please respond with the following:
1. If you can do it for the rate listed: $30
2. What you would need froUpgrade to see actual info?
3. How soon it could be completed once I get you the items needed?
4. Is this a viable solution or is there a better alternative?
