The Role
We’re hiring a Zapier + Google Sheets + Dashboard creator to automate repetitive work, build clean reporting, and turn messy data into live, decision-ready dashboards. You’ll work directly with our Directors and Office Manager to speed up reporting and save time across the team.

What you’ll do (core responsibilities)
Automations: Design and maintain Zaps (and/or Make) that capture events, transform data, and post results to Sheets/Slack/Email.
Data models: Build robust Google Sheets backends (formulas, queries, named ranges, ArrayFormulas, Apps Script where needed).
Dashboards: Create clear, real-time dashboards (Google Looker Studio or Sheets) for KPIs and cohort views.
QA + reliability: Add guardrails (dedupe, retries, timestamp sanity checks, error alerts) so things don’t break quietly.
Docs: Write simple SOPs so the team can understand, maintain, and scale your work.
Iteration: Proactively suggest improvements that remove manual steps for our ops/coach teams.
Outcomes you’ll own (what success looks like)
Weekly and monthly KPI dashboards load in under 3 seconds and never need manual refreshes.
Critical automations run with >99% success and notify us on failure.
Report build/compile time for Helen drops by 75%+ (you will help us measure this).
New requests are scoped, shipped, and documented within agreed timelines.
Must-have experience
Zapier (multi-step Zaps, Paths/Filters, Webhooks, Storage/Tables, error handling).
Google Sheets (IMPORTRANGE, QUERY, INDEX/MATCH/XLOOKUP, ArrayFormulas, REGEX, data validation).
Dashboarding in Google Looker Studio or rock-solid charting in Google Sheets.
Comfortable reading API docs and mapping fields (no coding degree required, just persistence).
Solid English communication and clear documentation.
Nice-to-have (bonus points)
Google Apps Script (for automations that go beyond formulas).
SQL basics (for thinking in rows).
Experience with tools like ---------- , Twilio, Slack webhooks.
CRM or membership platforms experience (Clubworx or similar).
