Youtube video editor using descript

Need a video editor for new youtube channel Im starting. I will record raw video Content with me reading the script using descript- need a video editor to add simple graphiics. Background music, infographics, subtitles or text and b-roll using descript. Also need experience using Youtube SEO and Canva for creating youtube thumbnails.

Looking for fixed price per 10-12 min video. 1 video per week to start, but can scale up and looking to get a long term collaborative partnership with the right individual.
