Youtube thumbnail editor

I am looking for a high level thumbnail editor to help me with creating visual , engaging and eye-catching YouTube thumbnails. Experience will be needed in adobe photoshop and Lightroom and it will entail brainstorming visuals and creation and editing of the images. Im looking for someone with lots of previous experience in the field and to be able to bring creative briefs to life
