Youtube SEO Optimization Real Estate

Looking for a part-time social media manager for 2 separate Youtube Channels focused on Real Estate. Channels will have similar target audience but are located in different markets.

Job Description:
- Schedule and Post 5-7 Youtube videos (total between 2 accounts) weekly
- Optimize titles, descriptions, hashtags using trending keywords to help rank organically
- Create eye-catching thumbnails
- Increase subscribers and overall engagement

Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience with Youtube SEO in REAL ESTATE
- Graphic Design background (for thumbnails)
- Experience with analytic websites such as VidIQ, Tube Buddy
- Knowledge of current social media trends
- Must give examples of previous or currently managed Youtube accounts
