YouTube Video Editor & Uploader (Long-Term, Weekly Content)

We’re looking for a skilled YouTube video editor who can help us create clean, engaging, and consistent weekly videos for a personal brand that mixes business, car rentals, insurance, and self-improvement.

This is a long-term, part-time role (5–10 hours/week) with room to grow as we scale. You’ll work closely with our team and executive assistant to manage the full weekly publishing workflow.

? Responsibilities:
*Edit 1 long-form YouTube video per week (5–15 mins)
*Add clean transitions, subtitles, zoom cuts, music when needed
*Create 2–4 short-form clips per week (TikTok/Shorts/Reels)
*Upload to YouTube with proper title, description, tags
*Organize files and use a simple Notion or Google Drive system

???? Ideal Candidate:
*Understands YouTube editing style (Alex Hormozi, Graham Stephan, Iman Gadzhi, etc.)
*Can cut filler, add zoom-ins, captions, simple motion graphics
*Has edited content for personal brands, YouTubers, or online educators
*Speaks fluent English and communicates clearly with the team
*Bonus: Knows Canva or Photoshop for simple thumbnail design
