YouTube Video Editor (High-Retention, Commentary Channel)

I am looking for a full time editor that is comfortable working with long form content on YouTube. The job entails being sent over organized and structured audio files and expected to add sound effects and interesting visuals to keep the viewer engaged. Ideally you have experience in aftereffects where you can do 3d animations as well.

Requirements
Must have access to Adobe products, with strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
Must be proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
Must be available for part-time to full-time work, depending on project needs.

Core Skills
Candidates should have experience with:
Storytelling and pacing
Motion graphics and basic animation
Audio editing and sound design

In addition to editing, this role will also include light administrative and support tasks related to content publishing. These tasks may include:
Uploading completed videos across all required platforms
Writing or inserting titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails as instructed
Organizing files and final exports
Assisting with basic content management and publishing workflow
