YouTube Video Editor (Descript) + Upload & Comment Management

I run multiple YouTube channels and am looking for a reliable video editor who can edit, upload, and manage videos daily.

The editing is done primarily in Descript, so experience with Descript is required.

This role involves both editing and light channel management.
Edit 2 videos per day using Descript

Tasks include:

• Editing video clips in Descript
• Removing filler words and tightening dialogue
• Adding simple captions when needed
• Exporting finished videos

After editing:

• Upload videos to YouTube
• Write video descriptions (template provided)
• Add tags and metadata
• Upload thumbnails
• Schedule videos

After the video goes ----------

• Respond to comments for 1 hour after posting

Videos include:

• commentary videos
• reaction videos
• educational content

The editing style is clean and simple, not heavy effects.

Must have experience with:

• Descript video editing
• YouTube uploads
• basic thumbnail handling
• English comprehension
