We're hiring a creative, smart, and fast YouTube Thumbnail Designer and Strategist for our faceless channels.

The role:
Analyze competitors, quickly adapt their styles, and apply them to our channels.
Design up to 10 thumbnails daily across several channels.

You're a fit if you are:
A thumbnail designer with strong analytical and style-replication skills.
Comfortable using AI image generation tools.

Salary: $400/month base + heavy bonuses (30k views = $15, 100k views = $70).
