YouTube Thumbnail Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative YouTube Thumbnail Designer to join our growing channel, ---------- produce fun, energetic, and adventurous content — including travel vlogs, social experiments, and viral challenge videos — and we need eye-catching thumbnails that stop the scroll and drive clicks.

ABOUT THE CHANNEL:
TheSEXYMAN is a fast-growing YouTube channel with 2.34K subscribers and 148 videos covering travel, adventures, and entertaining real-life content. Our audience loves bold, engaging visuals that match our high-energy, personality-driven style.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Designing 1–4 custom YouTube thumbnails per week
- Creating bold, high-contrast designs with expressive text and graphic overlays
- Incorporating the creator's likeness (photos provided) into eye-catching compositions
- Using cinematic backgrounds, dynamic arrows, call-out graphics, and visual storytelling elements
- Matching and IMPROVING upon the existing channel style — bold white text with outlines, vivid colors, reaction expressions, and scene-setting backgrounds
- Delivering final files in 1280x720 PNG format, optimized for YouTube

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Has a strong portfolio of YouTube thumbnail work (travel, vlog, or entertainment niches preferred)
- Expert in Photoshop, Canva Pro, or equivalent design tools
- Understands click-through rate (CTR) psychology and what makes thumbnails perform
- Fast turnaround — can deliver within 24–48 hours of receiving assets
- Self-motivated and communicates clearly in English
- Bonus: experience with A/B thumbnail testing

REQUIREMENTS:
- Portfolio or samples of previous YouTube thumbnail work REQUIRED with application
- Must be available for ongoing, consistent work
- Reliable internet connection and access to design software
