About the role
We create content about AI tools — the kind of videos that actually show people what's new, what works, and why it matters. Our channel covers everything from beginner-friendly platforms to more technical developer tools, and we're growing fast.

This is a combined role: you write the script, then you record the footage that brings it to life. You'll own both phases for every video, producing 4–5 videos per week.

What you'll do
-Research AI tools and turn them into clear, engaging video scripts
-Use our internal tooling and workflow system to draft and refine scripts — we have good systems, and we'll train you on them
-Actually use every tool before you script it — accuracy is non-negotiable
-Record clean screen recordings (B-roll) that match each section of your script
-Organize footage clearly so editors can work without guessing
-Respond promptly to editor questions — our team works across time zones

Tools you'll work with
You'll be using and recording a range of AI tools — from beginner-friendly (Lovable, ChatGPT, Replit) to more technical ones (Cursor, Claude Code, Antigravity). You don't need to know them all on day one. What matters is that you're comfortable figuring things out.

We use OBS for screen recording. Familiarity helps, but we'll walk you through our setup during onboarding. All AI tool subscriptions are covered by us — you don't need to arrange or pay for anything yourself.

What we're looking for
- Genuine interest in AI — you follow what's happening, you're curious about new tools
- Strong written communication, especially in English
- Comfortable recording your screen and iterating on footage quality
- Reliable and organized — editors depend on your naming and structure
- Good async communicator — we work across time zones, so responsiveness and clarity in written messages matters
- Hard-working, takes ownership, doesn't need to be chased for updates
