YouTube Long-Form Scriptwriter

I'm hiring a scriptwriter for my YouTube long-form channel (no Shorts). You will use Claude Cowork to generate and refine scripts, then run a manual quality pass before handing the script off to production.

What you'll do:
I'll give you a title and a short story summary. You will:
1. Expand the summary into a full long-form script using Claude Cowork.
2. Run a manual QA pass on every script. This is non-negotiable. The QA pass must cover:
Fact-checking key claims
Removing tongue-twister phrasing
Catching AI hallucinations and mistyped words
Removing all em-dashes
Ensuring the script is TTS-ready

3. Once the script is approved, send it to video generation apps (you will be trained for this simple step), remove the background audio from the generated video, download the final video, and upload it to Google Drive in the same folder as the script.

Skills you must already have:
- Strong working knowledge of Claude Cowork
- Comfortable using the Claude Cowork Skill Builder
- Comfortable connecting and using MCPs (connectors)
- Sharp editorial eye: you can spot AI tells, weak phrasing, and factual errors without being told twice

Volume, pay, and terms:
- 3 projects per day
- $5 per project
- $450 per month
- Bi-weekly payment via PayPal only (fee includes PayPal charges)
- Long-term contract preferred
