YouTube Expert – SEO & Growth Specialist

Job Overview:
As our YouTube Expert, you'll be responsible for optimizing our YouTube channel, content, and strategies to drive growth, increase engagement, and improve SEO rankings. You will work closely with our content creators and marketing teams to develop data-driven strategies that maximize visibility, reach, and monetization opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

YouTube SEO Optimization:


-Research and implement keyword strategies to optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and playlists for YouTube search and
recommendations.
-Analyze YouTube algorithms, trends, and SEO best practices to enhance discoverability and ranking in search results and suggested videos.
-Conduct regular audits of our content library and recommend improvements based on SEO performance and trends.

Growth Strategy Development:

-Create and execute strategies to increase subscribers, video views, watch time, and overall channel growth.
-Develop campaigns for audience engagement, including increasing likes, comments, shares, and watch-through rates.
-Leverage YouTube analytics to monitor performance and suggest adjustments to the content strategy, ensuring consistent growth.

Content Optimization:
-Work with content creators to optimize video production and editing based on best practices for YouTube’s algorithm.
-Improve thumbnails, titles, and metadata to ensure maximum CTR (Click-Through-Rate) and engagement.
-Optimize video length and format to align with audience behavior and YouTube’s performance metrics.

Trend Analysis & Competitor Research:
-Track trending topics, viral content, and industry news to keep the channel’s content relevant and fresh.
-Conduct competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and insights that can be applied to our channel.

Monetization & Brand Growth:
-Develop strategies to monetize content through YouTube ads, sponsorships, and other revenue-generating methods.
-Advise on best practices for building partnerships with influencers, brands, and other YouTube channels to grow the audience and revenue.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a YouTube SEO Expert, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role with a focus on YouTube growth and SEO.
-Strong understanding of YouTube's algorithm, analytics, and optimization strategies.
-Experience with YouTube SEO tools (e.g., TubeBuddy, VidIQ, Google Trends).
-Familiarity with video editing software and tools to understand the production process.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make actionable insights.
-Ability to stay current with YouTube trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
-Knowledge of YouTube monetization options and strategies for maximizing revenue.
