YouTube Editor for Anime Reactions

We're looking for an Editor who knows how to edit reaction content and the copyright, preferably someone who has watched Anime since that's what we need edited mainly. We need 8 Hours of Footage Edited per week and a Total of 32 hours per month. We are paying out $780 USD per month at the start which will be increased to $1,000 USD after 3 months.
