YouTube Editor & Content Researcher

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented tea ---------- mber to help grow a fast-growing media brand focused on culture, music, news, influencers, and viral topics.

This role combines YouTube editing, content research, thumbnail creation, and video publishing. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the content process and communicate effectively with our team.

Responsibilities:
Edit and publish 2–6 YouTube videos per day (easy edits)
Watch livestreams and identify strong ---------- nts that can become standalone YouTube videos
Create engaging YouTube thumbnails using Photoshop and/or Canva
Research and suggest 5–8 trending topics daily related to culture, music, news, influencers, and current events
Write or assist with video titles and descriptions using AI
Upload and schedule videos on YouTube
Communicate with tea ---------- mbers regarding content opportunities and deadlines
Maintain organized workflows and meet daily posting goals

Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience editing videos with CapCut (required)
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus but not required
Experience creating thumbnails with Photoshop and/or Canva
Understanding of YouTube content, titles, thumbnails, and audience retention
Ability to identify viral ---------- nts and interesting topics
Strong attention to detail
Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently without constant supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with YouTube creators or media brands
Understanding of YouTube analytics and content performance
Experience clipping livestream content
