We are looking for an experienced YouTube Longform Documentary Writer.

You will be working in the "Disaster" Niche, here is a channel as reference: ----------

Tasks will involve:
- Writing ---------- word long scripts
- Working with Claude
- Refining the script and writing based on footage

Requirements:
- Reliable
- Good english and communication
- writing experience

Pay:
- First 3-5 scripts will have a per word rate we negotiate
- After that you should become the manager/lead writer with a monthly salary
