YouTube Content Manager

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced YouTube Content Manager to help drive channel growth through strong video ideation, competitor research, and content strategy.

This is primarily an ideation-focused role. The ideal candidate understands what makes YouTube videos perform, can identify strong content opportunities, and can consistently generate high-quality video ideas.

The role may also involve some channel coordination, workflow management, and publishing tasks when required.

Responsibilities

Content Ideation & Strategy

* Research competitors and identify strong video opportunities.
* Generate high-quality video ideas with clear viewer appeal.
* Analyze successful videos, titles, thumbnails, hooks, and topics.
* Assist with title and thumbnail ideation.
* Recommend ways to improve channel performance and content strategy.

Channel Management & Coordination

* Review videos for quality, accuracy, and SOP compliance.
* Upload and schedule videos in YouTube Studio when required.
* Keep Trello/workflow organized and coordinate with freelancers when needed.

Requirements

* Proven YouTube experience, especially with ideation and content strategy.
* Strong understanding of YouTube packaging: titles, thumbnails, hooks, and topics.
* Excellent written English.
* Strong research and critical thinking skills.
* High initiative and ability to work independently.
* Extreme attention to detail.
* Reliable, organized, and able to manage remote work.

Nice to Have

* Experience with Trello or similar project management tools.
* Experience working with remote teams and freelancers.
