YouTube Channel Manager

We are hiring a long-term full-time Creative Director to ideate, direct, and quality-control content across multiple AI Youtube channels. You will come up with video ideas, use our in-house tools to generate scripts in one click, approve thumbnails, and own the creative output of each channel you’re assigned. The ideal applicant understands Youtube very well, can commit full time (7 days a week), has strong taste, and can make dozens of fast creative decisions per day without supervision.

Responsibilities
~ Ideate video titles and concepts for multiple channels across different niches
~ Use our in-house tools to generate full scripts in one click
~ Review and approve thumbnails before they ship (or send them back)
~ Understand each channel’s niche deeply enough to spot what works and what doesn’t
~ Maintain tone, consistency, and accuracy across all channels
~ Communicate daily with the manager for updates and performance reports

Creative Workflow
~ You’ll be given access to our in-house tools that turn a title into a finished script in one click
~ Image and thumbnail generation is automated, your job is to ideate and judge, not design from scratch
~ Most ideations take 30+ minutes per video
~ Thumbnail review depends on your communication with the editor
~ You’ll juggle multiple channels in parallel without blurring their voices

Requirements To qualify, you MUST:
~ Be able to commit full-time to this job (no students, no part-timers)
~ Have spent serious time studying Youtube, not just watching it
~ Have strong opinions on titles and thumbnails and be able to defend them
~ Be able to work fast and make a high volume of good creative decisions per day

Compensation
~$200 USD base + uncapped revenue share. Channels are already established, so expect the rev share to be several times your base from day one. The more you grow the channel, the more you earn.
