## What You'll Be Doing
- Editing 3–4 long-form videos per week (12–15 min each)
- Sourcing strong raw footage — news clips, documentaries, historical/archival visuals (no stock footage)
- Matching SFX, BGM, text overlays, data/graphs, and pacing to our established style
- Uploading approved videos directly to YouTube Studio
- Communicating clearly and hitting deadlines consistently
