Workforce Success Manager

What We Offer:
Position: Full-time
Work Setup: Permanent remote – work from anywhere in the world!
Shift: 7AM - 4PM (MNL time) – Start your day with energy!
Equipment: Self-provided – Bring your tech, and we’ll bring the opportunity!
Salary: PHP 40,000 - PHP 50,000 depending on experience + Bonuses

Consultant Success & Progress Management
- Monitor and track the performance, engagement, and progress of assigned consultants/candidates.
- Conduct regular check-ins with consultants to ensure they are supported, productive, and aligned with client expectations.
- Identify potential performance or engagement concerns early and work collaboratively to resolve them.
- Support consultants through onboarding, integration, and ongoing development during placements.

Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding consultant performance and engagement.
- Schedule and manage regular client feedback sessions and progress reviews.
- Gather and document client feedback regarding consultant performance, communication, and outcomes.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and proactively address concerns or improvement opportunities.

Performance & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of consultant progress, client feedback, and engagement outcomes.
- Provide internal reports and updates to leadership regarding consultant success metrics and client satisfaction.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve consultant retention and client experience.

Collaboration & Operational Support
-Work closely with Recruitment and Operations teams to ensure successful placements and smooth transitions.
- Support issue resolution between consultants and clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Contribute to improving internal processes related to consultant management and client success.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Recruitment, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple consultants and client relationships simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Experience working within recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, or consulting environments is highly regarded.
