About the Role
As a Workforce & Quiz Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of blue-collar tech education. Your work will directly influence how workers engage with complex systems like the Scorpion and MANTIS 3D printer, through interactive and engaging quiz modules delivered via Typeform.
This role is ideal for someone with a flair for education, automation, and creativity, who also loves structure, logic, and clarity.

Key Responsibilities
Design high-impact quiz modules that simplify complex technical processes (e.g., how to operate the Scorpion and MANTIS 3D printer) based on provided content.
Break down training content into multiple-choice questions with built-in logic, answer feedback, intro and ending slides, and images. This process is already defined.
Adhere to our standardized Excel templates for all training modules.
Collaborate with AI tools like ChatGPT to iterate question banks based on slide content, using linguistic precision and technical insight.
Build logic flows in Typeform to ensure learner progression based on correct/incorrect answers.
Test and QA each quiz module to ensure functional accuracy, logical consistency, and mobile responsiveness.
Publish quiz modules and manage the workflow for uploading to Google Drive, maintaining an updated Quiz Weblink tracker.

What We’re Looking For
Meticulous attention to detail with a strong grasp of logic-based learning design.
Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, Typeform, Excel, and ChatGPT for scalable content development.
An understanding of technical systems and strong written communication skills—capable of turning technical language into simple, digestible micro-learning.
Interest in workforce development, digital training tools, or immersive education platforms.

Compensation
Compensation is task-based, so it varies depending on the speed of execution. $4/hour at a reasonable pace. Long-term growth potential.
