Workflow| Technical Automation Expert

We are seeking a Workflow Automation Specialist with a strong technical background in web development and automation tools to optimize, integrate, and streamline business processes. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining automated workflows using a combination of APIs, no-code/low-code platforms, and custom scripting to enhance efficiency across various departments.

The ideal candidate has expertise in workflow automation tools, web development, and API integrations, with a strong ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Workflow Automation & Process Optimization:
• Design, develop, and implement automated workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose automation solutions.
• Maintain and optimize automated processes to ensure scalability and performance.
• Technical Development & API Integrations:
• Develop custom scripts and integrations using APIs to connect various tools and platforms.
• Work with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Python) to develop automation solutions.
• Integrate cloud-based services, SaaS applications, and enterprise software using APIs and automation platforms.
• No-Code/Low-Code Automation Solutions:
• Leverage tools like Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), n8n, Power Automate, and Workato to create workflow automations.
• Configure and customize automation processes within CRM, ERP, and HR platforms.
• Data Management & Reporting:
• Ensure smooth data flow between applications by designing robust automation pipelines.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau.
• Implement data validation and transformation rules within automated workflows.
• Collaboration & Documentation:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand automation needs and provide solutions.
• Document workflow processes, automation logic, and technical architecture for future reference.
• Provide training and support to teams adopting automated workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Technical Expertise:
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, n8n, Workato).
• Proficiency in web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Node.js, React).
• Strong understanding of APIs and webhooks for system integrations.
• Experience with database management (SQL, Firebase, Airtable).
• Familiarity with serverless architecture (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions).
• Business Process Automation:
• Knowledge of process mapping and workflow optimization methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP automation (Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Upgrade to see actual info).
• Understanding of HR and finance process automation (BambooHR, QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe).
• Data & Analytics:
• Experience working with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
• Ability to manage and automate ETL processes for data transformation.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with AI-driven automation (OpenAI APIs, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini).
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (Apache Airflow, Prefect, Camunda).
• Background in DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker).
• Knowledge of robotic process automation (RPA) tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
