Workflow Automation Specialist

Hi, I’m looking for an experienced automation specialist to build a ops system for our wine export business.

We use Shopify, Google Drive/Sheets, and ---------- , and we need Make to automate:

• Order routing (multi-supplier, inventory, mixed orders)
• HOLD logic based on active shipments
• Automatic supplier POs
• Photo-based receiving using OCR (Google Drive ? match to order ? update Fulfill)
• Supplier issue + customs issue workflows
• Shipper packet generation (declared values, sender rotation, Google Sheet output)
• Tracking + Korean customs monitoring
• Multi-warehouse logic (OC and Bay)

This is NOT a simple Zap—requires strong Make API experience and comfort building multi-step scenarios with error handling.

Estimated 40 to 80 hours over 4 to 8 weeks.
