We're looking for a Workflow & Automation Specialist with hands-on experience in tools like n8n, Make, and advanced AI prompt logic. You’ll also help us design and develop AI agents that act like real human setters, customer support reps, and sales assistants for our clients.

???? What You’ll Be Doing
Building custom automated workflows in n8n and Make to power lead flow, follow-up, bookings, and internal ops

Developing AI voice and chat agents using ChatGPT (Custom GPTs), Claude, and similar platforms

Writing and refining natural-sounding AI prompt frameworks to simulate human tone, logic, and multi-step conversations

Creating agent personalities (e.g., James the success rep) tailored to client branding and customer experience

Integrating systems like CRMs (GoHighLevel), SMS tools, email, forms, and call software

Troubleshooting automation bottlenecks and enhancing flow reliability

Collaborating closely with the tech team and customer success leads to plan, test, and launch projects

Documenting build-outs and supporting ongoing optimization

???? Skills & Experience
? Strong experience in n8n or Make (Integromat)
? Deep knowledge of AI prompt engineering for GPT or Claude-based agents
? Experience building AI chat or voice agents (bonus for CloseBot, Synthflow, Twilio, or similar)
? Familiar with APIs, webhooks, logic-based flows, and JSON
? Great at creative problem-solving and thinking in systems
? Experience with CRMs like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Airtable is a plus
? You care about creating agents that actually sound human and get results
