We are looking for a recruiter to join our team and help us find talented individuals to fill open positions in our Dispatch Team. As a recruiter, you'll be responsible for identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and selecting the best fit for our team. - Minimum of 6 months of BPO recruitment sourcing/selection experience.
- Desire to achieve aggressive recruiting goals under tight deadlines.
- Strong Interpersonal skills.
- Experience with candidate tracking database, Excel, Internet, and other recruitment technology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of integrity, judgment, and follow-through.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Can start ASAP


Commission based!

$50 US Dollars per every successful hire.
