Wordpress Expert: Convert Design Quickly

I am looking for someone to quickly convert a website design into Wordpress.

There are 6 page templates. The site is with Findlaw and not on Wordpress (or at least where they will give us an update).

To Apply tell me how you go about this as I am looking for speed but also am not a fan of heavy weight page builders. I will send the site in a message and you can come back with an estimate in hours for work and timeline for delivery. I want to copy over all content meta title, descriptions, images, etc. I will send the site after you apply and I screen your message.
