Overview
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented WordPress Developer who doesn't just build pages but understands how to make them rank and convert. Your primary goal will be to bridge the gap between technical development, user experience (UX), and search engine performance.

You will be responsible for maintaining our site’s health, improving Core Web Vitals, and turning Google Search Console (GSC) data into actionable site improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Performance & SEO: Audit and improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals to ensure a "Green" status in GSC.

Google Search Console Management: Regularly monitor GSC for crawl errors, indexing issues, and manual actions. You will be expected to fix 404s, schema markup errors, and usability issues.

UX & Conversion: Implement UI/UX tweaks to reduce bounce rates and improve the user journey.

Technical SEO: Manage on-page elements including ---------- (JSON-LD) implementation, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt optimization.

WordPress Maintenance: Handle theme/plugin updates, security hardening, and troubleshooting "white screen" or database errors.

Required Skills & Qualifications
WordPress Mastery: Deep experience with PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript within the WordPress ecosystem.

SEO Tools: High proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and SEO plugins (RankMath, Yoast, or SEOPress).

UX Principles: Ability to identify "friction points" on a page and redesign elements for better flow.

Core Web Vitals: Proven track record of optimizing LCP, FID, and CLS.

Attention to Detail: You must be someone who notices a 2px misalignment or a missing meta description.
