WordPress Web Developer – Avada Theme Specialist

Aginto is a U.S.-based digital marketing agency that builds websites, social campaigns, and digital strategies for businesses across multiple industries. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented WordPress Web Developer with strong experience using the Avada theme and Fusion Builder to join our growing creative team.

This role is ideal for someone who understands WordPress well, has an eye for layout and responsive design, and enjoys building clean, professional websites within an established agency workflow.

--- Responsibilities ---
• You’ll work directly with our U.S.-based creative and marketing team to:
• Build and customize WordPress websites using the Avada theme
• Create responsive desktop and mobile layouts
• Troubleshoot WordPress, plugin, layout, and hosting-related issues
• Work within existing websites to create new pages, sections, and updates
• Configure plugins, forms, and page elements
• Optimize layouts for performance and user experience
• Follow design direction while also bringing creative ideas to the table
• Manage staging and production workflows
• Organize files and maintain clean page structures
• Communicate project progress through Asana

--- Requirements ---
• 2+ years of WordPress experience preferred
• Experience using Avada / Fusion Builder strongly preferred
• Experience with Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, or similar builders is a plus
• Comfortable troubleshooting WordPress issues independently
• Basic CSS and HTML knowledge
• Understanding of responsive/mobile-friendly design
• Familiarity with cPanel and hosting environments
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written English communication
• Reliable internet connection and remote work setup

--- Technical Requirements ---
• Stable fiber internet connection (30 Mbps+ preferred)
• Backup internet source (mobile hotspot or secondary connection)
• Backup power source preferred (UPS or generator)
• Computer capable of running modern browsers and WordPress efficiently

--- Compensation ----
• Bi-weekly payments via Wise

--- Schedule ---
• Flexible schedule
• Must have at least 3–4 hours overlap with U.S. Eastern Time
• Monday–Friday preferred
