WordPress / Technical SEO Developer

We manage 12+ SEO clients on platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and Wix.

We’re hiring an SEO Developer to handle template buildout, implementation of technical SEO audit findings, and content publishing on an hourly basis.

Your duties are as follows:

- Build and update page templates on client sites based on wireframes
- Implement technical SEO recommendations (schema markup, redirects)
- Diagnose and solve site speed issues
- Upload, publish, and internally link new content pages
- Perform other miscellaneous operations on the backends of client websites

You will be provided with SOPs (including video walkthroughs) for tasks as needed, as well as ongoing training and support.

PAY: Pay is $13 an hour with raises possible.

SCOPE: 5-10 hours of work / week with increases likely.

EXPERIENCE:

- Experience with the following platforms is required: WordPress, Shopify
- Experience implementing technical SEO recommendations is required
- Experience troubleshooting and fixing site speed issues is required
- Experience developing from a wireframe is required
- SEO experience is not required but is a plus

BEST FIT: Someone with 2+ years of development and webmaster experience who is detail-oriented, takes pride in doing the job right, and has strong written communication skills. Required: you need to be able to correspond with the rest of our team at some point between 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

TIMELINE: Looking to complete interviews by this Thursday (6/11/26) and start by this Friday.
