Overview:
We’re a real estate marketing agency offering done-for-you social media services to busy realtors. We need a clean, responsive WordPress website to showcase our three-tier subscription packages ($500, $1,000, and $2,000 monthly).

This is a front-end Elementor role, primarily using HTML/CSS tweaks and existing design references (from bolt.new)—no heavy backend or custom plugin dev. We want a polished, brand-aligned site that’s easy to navigate.

Position Details:
- Work Options: Part-time (20 hrs/week), full-time (40 hrs/week), or project-based—your choice.
- Hourly Rate: $6–$10/hour, depending on skill & experience.
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Remote (must have some overlap in our time zone for communication).

Who We Are:
- Focus: We handle social media content creation for realtors, saving them 20+ hours/month.
- Website’s Purpose: Present 3 subscription tiers to potential realtor clients, highlight ROI, and make it easy to sign up or schedule a call.

Service Tiers:
1. Essential ($500) – 30 posts + 4 short videos/month
2. Growth ($1,000) – 30–35 posts + 8 videos + strategy calls
3. Dominance ($2,000) – Daily posts, 12 videos, advanced analytics, listing campaigns

Why We Need You:
We have basic design ideas from bolt.new; we need an Elementor expert to build the final site (4–5 pages) with HTML/CSS for a smooth, modern front end. No complex backend or plugin dev. Just brand styling, mobile responsiveness, and easy UX.

Responsibilities:
1. Elementor Setup
- Install WP on our hosting and follow the references from bolt.new.
- Ensure brand alignment (logo, fonts, colors).

2. Front-End Development
- Use HTML/CSS (and minimal JS if needed) for finishing touches.
- Maintain mobile responsiveness and decent load times.

3. Basic SEO & Performance
- Install an SEO plugin (Yoast/RankMath).
- Use caching/optimization plugins to keep speed acceptable.

4. Core Pages
- Home: Highlight pain points, CTA to view tiers.
- Pricing: Detailed breakdown of our 3 tiers + sign-up/contact.
- About: Our mission, how we help realtors.
- Contact: Simple form or scheduling link.
- (Optional) Case Studies/Blog if we expand.

5. Collaboration
- If part-time/full-time, weekly check-ins via Slack or email.
- If project-based, milestones for each page.

6. Potential for Ongoing Work
- We may need landing pages, expansions, or monthly site updates.
- Opportunity for a stable role if you prefer long-term involvement.

Qualifications:
- Elementor Proficiency: Comfortable building custom pages or child themes.
- HTML5/CSS3: Capable of small style overrides for a polished look.
- Basic Design Sense: Follows brand guidelines (colors, fonts).
- Basic SEO Knowledge: Headings, meta tags, alt attributes.
- Good Communication: Responsive to Slack/email, fluent English.
- (Bonus) Familiar with real estate or marketing funnels; site speed optimizations.

Work Environment & Payment:
