JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description: WordPress / Elementor Production Developer

Role Overview
We are hiring a remote WordPress / Elementor Production Developer based in the Philippines to support our growing website operations team.

This role will handle two major areas of work:

Uploading and formatting an increasing number of SEO blog posts across client WordPress websites.
Supporting the revisions department with client-requested website updates that require real WordPress, Elementor, layout, plugin, troubleshooting, and front-end production knowledge.

This is not only a content-entry role. The right person must understand how WordPress websites are built, how Elementor layouts work, and how to safely complete client revision requests without breaking pages, styles, responsiveness, forms, menus, tracking, or site structure.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Blog Post Production
Upload SEO blog posts into WordPress.
Format content using proper headings, spacing, internal links, external links, images, categories, tags, featured images, excerpts, and metadata.
Build or adjust blog layouts using Elementor when needed.
Follow provided SEO instructions for titles, slugs, meta descriptions, alt text, schema/plugin fields, and content structure.
Ensure blog posts match the client’s existing site design and formatting standards.
QA blog posts on desktop and mobile before submitting for review or publishing.

Website Revisions & Client Requests

Complete website revision tasks across multiple client WordPress sites.
Make text, image, layout, button, form, menu, page, section, and styling updates.
Work inside Elementor, Elementor templates, theme settings, widgets, global styles, headers, footers, and reusable sections.
Troubleshoot spacing, mobile responsiveness, broken layouts, missing images, incorrect links, form issues, display problems, and plugin-related conflicts.
Understand when a request is simple content editing versus when it requires developer review or escalation.
Preserve existing site design standards while completing requested changes.
Review completed work carefully before marking tasks ready for QA.

WordPress / Elementor Production Knowledge

The candidate should be able to work confidently with:
WordPress pages, posts, media library, menus, users, settings, and plugins.
Elementor page builder.
Elementor templates, global widgets, headers, footers, archive templates, and single-post templates.
Responsive editing for desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Forms, buttons, CTAs, anchor links, popups, menus, and page sections.

Good written English communication.

Ability to manage multiple tasks across multiple client websites.
Comfortable working from SOPs, checklists, and task management systems.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work during agreed hours.

Preferred Skills

Experience working for a digital marketing agency or website agency.
