Responsibilities:

Design and implement visually appealing and functional WordPress themes and plugins.
Develop efficient website architecture for optimal organization and navigation.
Manage both back-end and front-end development for seamless user experience.
Optimize website performance for speed and efficiency.
Troubleshoot content-related issues and ensure consistency.
Utilize various CMS platforms to meet client needs.
Communicate design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
Collaborate with clients to integrate creative ideas into websites.
Design sample pages, select colors, and choose fonts for visual identity.
Prepare and present comprehensive design plans for client feedback and approval.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience to demonstrate mastery of the skills required.
Minimum 3 years of proven WordPress development experience.
Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).
Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JQuery, Elementor, and JavaScript.
Good understanding of CMS and SEO principles.
Familiarity with website architecture and aesthetics.
Proficient in cross-browser compatibility.
Excellent visual design skills.
Adaptable with a willingness to learn new techniques.
Excellent communication skills.
Flexible work schedule
