WordPress Developer

We’re looking for a WordPress Developer to join our team. Your role will be to build websites using the Elementor page builder, bringing designs to life based on the layouts provided by our design team. We’re focused on best practices, speed, mobile readiness, and security.

We want someone looking for a long-term position, willing to learn, and able to work independently. If you enjoy problem-solving, have an excellent eye for detail, and are comfortable receiving feedback, we’d like to hear from you.

Skills & Experience Needed:
- Excellent HTML and CSS skills.
- Mastery of the Elementor page builder and knowledge of best practices for building with it.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, especially for creating SEO-friendly websites.
- Able to run virus scans, code checks, and ensure site security.
- Can fix WordPress bugs and issues, including spamware and malware.
- Good communication and project management skills.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- High level of integrity and accountability.
- Available to work sometime between 5AM and 5PM EST.
- Open to learning and taking on extra training.

- Google Drive/Docs

Responsibilities:
- Build websites from start to finish.
- Oversee quality control and ensure best practices.
- Fix broken plugins, run audits, and optimize sites for speed and security.
- Be available for video chat at least once a week.
- Continue learning during slower periods.
- Provide daily project updates to management without supervision.
