### ???? **Core Responsibilities**

* Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress websites using modern design and development best practices.
* Create wireframes, mockups, and visual prototypes based on client briefs and user experience goals.
* Customize themes and plugins or develop custom themes as needed.
* Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
* Optimize site performance, speed, and SEO structure.
* Integrate third-party APIs and tools when necessary.
* Collaborate with content, marketing, and UX/UI teams to align design with business goals.
* Maintain version control using Git or similar tools.
* Troubleshoot and resolve front-end and back-end WordPress issues.

### ????? **Required Skills & Qualifications**

* 2–4 years of professional experience as a WordPress Designer/Developer.
* Proficiency in **WordPress CMS**, including **theme development** and **custom plugin integration**.
* Strong understanding of **HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (especially jQuery)**, and PHP.
* Experience using page builders like **Elementor, Gutenberg, WPBakery, or Beaver Builder**.
* Hands-on experience with **wireframing tools** such as **Figma**, **Adobe XD**, **Sketch**, or **Balsamiq**.
* Good grasp of UX/UI principles and mobile-first design.
* Familiarity with **SEO best practices**, website accessibility (WCAG), and performance optimization.
* Experience with tools like **Google Analytics**, **Search Console**, and **Yoast SEO**.
* Ability to work with design systems, style guides, and branding requirements.
* Version control experience (e.g., Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).

* Experience with WooCommerce or other eCommerce platforms.
* Familiarity with headless WordPress and REST API.
