Wikipedia Editor Needed for Biography Page (Pre-Qualified Sources Provided)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Wikipedia editor to assist in creating a biography page for a healthcare professional with additional work in business and education. We understand that all roles must be supported by independent sources and are open to prioritizing the strongest supported areas.
We have already completed extensive preparation, including:
- A structured source documentation file
- Multiple independent sources (including mainstream and regional publications)
- A clear separation of primary vs secondary sources
- A chronological timeline and supporting materials
- Details about the subject will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
- Our goal is to work with someone who can:
- Review our materials for Wikipedia compliance
- Write a neutral, policy-aligned draft
- Submit through the appropriate Wikipedia process (AfC if needed)
- Advise on how to appropriately represent multiple areas of professional activity while remaining compliant with Wikipedia standards
- Ensure the page is structured for long-term stability and minimal risk of deletion

What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience creating or editing approved Wikipedia pages
- Strong understanding of:
- Wikipedia’s General Notability Guideline (GNG)
- Neutral Point of View (NPOV)
- Reliable sourcing standards
- Ability to identify risks that could lead to rejection or deletion
- Experience with Articles for Creation (AfC) submission process
- Ability to balance multiple professional roles (e.g., healthcare, business, education) in a way that is properly supported and compliant

Scope of Work:
- Review our existing source document
- Provide feedback on notability and potential risks
- Draft a Wikipedia-compliant biography page
- Structure the page to reflect:
- Primary profession
- Additional professional activities (where supported by sources)
- Assist with submission
- Assist with revision (if needed)

Important Notes:
We are specifically looking for someone who:
- Works strictly within Wikipedia guidelines
- Understands how to build pages that are stable and sustainable long-term (not just approved initially)
- Can clearly explain how they reduce risk based on experience
- Will only include claims that are supported by independent, reliable sources
