In this position you will be COLD CALLING FSBO & on Market listing( talking with listing agent) leads will come from Zillow & Redfin. Main purpose of this role is to have great sales skills to put properties under contract. You will also contact cash buyers to see what they would pay so you’ll know what to offer to the seller. ( cash buyer price - our assignment fee = MAO)
