Wholesale Order Coordinator

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized EDI & Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our growing team! In this remote role, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing electronic order routing using SPS Commerce and other platforms, ensuring a smooth and accurate flow of wholesale orders from purchase to delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who’s tech-savvy, experienced in EDI systems, and comfortable working with trading partners, 3PLs, and internal teams to keep things running efficiently.

What You’ll Do:
-Monitor and manage EDI transactions to ensure timely, accurate order exchanges with trading partners.
- Set up and maintain EDI mappings and configurations for new and existing partners using SPS Commerce.
- Troubleshoot EDI-related issues including failed transactions, data errors, and connectivity issues.
- Route orders using trading partners’ systems (e.g., schedule pickups, create shipments, generate labels).
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (IT, logistics, sales) and 3PL partners to streamline operations.
- Ensure compliance with partner EDI and routing requirements to avoid errors and chargebacks.
- Keep the team informed on incoming POs and fulfillment progress.
- Pull reports and manage purchase orders across platforms.
- Maintain clear documentation of EDI processes and procedures.
- Provide ongoing support to enhance EDI integration and ensure seamless order fulfillment.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with SPS Commerce or similar EDI platforms.
- Solid understanding of EDI workflows, order processing, and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with wholesale orders and third-party logistics providers.
- Ability to manage multiple systems and keep data organized and up-to-date.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams.
- Self-starter who can work independently and stay on top of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Work Setup
Location: Fully remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, US business hours
Rate: $6/hour (Full-time)
