About the Role
We're a fast-growing premium wig brand based in the UK — and we're expanding. We sell lace, glueless, and human hair wigs to customers across the UK, US, and beyond, and we're now building out our wholesale and B2B operation to get our products into salons, boutiques, and beauty stores internationally.
We're looking for a Wholesale & B2B Development Associate to own this from the ground up. You'll be the first point of contact for potential stockists, managing outreach, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into long-term wholesale partners — primarily targeting the US market first.
This isn't a passive role. We need someone who is proactive, organised, and comfortable sending high volumes of personalised outreach every single day.
What You'll Be Doing
Wholesale & B2B Development (approx. 60% of the role):
• Research and identify wholesale prospects — salons, wig boutiques, and beauty stores — primarily in the USA using Instagram, Google Maps, and LinkedIn
• Send 20+ personalised outreach messages per day via Instagram DM and
• Manage follow-ups and track every lead through the full cycle — from first contact to sample dispatch to confirmed order
• Coordinate sample sending and prepare pricing sheets, lookbooks, and stockist packs
• Maintain a detailed outreach tracker and send a daily progress update
• Send a weekly pipeline summary every Friday
Customer Service (approx. 20% of the role):
• Handle inbound customer enquiries via
• Escalate anything complex to the wider team promptly
Admin & Social Media Support (approx. 20% of the role):
• Keep internal spreadsheets and trackers up to date
• Schedule or repost approved social content across Instagram, TikTok,
• Monitor social channels for wholesale enquiries and flag them immediately
Who We're Looking For
• 1–2 years' experience in sales, B2B outreach, business development, or account management
• Experience in fashion, beauty, hair, or e-commerce is a strong advantage
• A natural communicator — you can write messages that feel personal, warm, and on-brand, not copy-paste
• Highly organised and self-directed — you manage your own pipeline without needing to be chased
• Comfortable with Instagram,
• Resilient — you understand that outreach takes volume and consistency, and you don't take non-replies personally
• Passionate about beauty, hair, or fashion is a bonus — but drive and work ethic matter most
What Success Looks Like
By Day 30:
Outreach system running at full speed — 20+ messages per day, tracker fully maintained, first samples dispatched to qualified prospects.
By Day 60:
First confirmed wholesale orders from US stockists. Outreach expanding to a second target city or market.
By Day 90:
A growing, reliable pipeline of active and prospective stockists across multiple markets, with consistent weekly reporting in place.
