Western Europe Distribution Researcher

We are a specialise manufacturer based in the UK with a range of anti-ligature products for the mental health market. Headquartered in the UK, with facilities in the US and Australia, we are looking to expand into Western Europe (France/Iberia/DACH/Nordics/Italy) through a distribution model

We need someone to research and create a long list of c40 potential distributors across Europe, assessing and scoring their fit as a potential partner based on
- commercial capability (current sectors/product range)
- Sales capability (headcount, experience working with architects and construction tenders)
- growth potential (appetite for specialist ranges)
- operational fit (logistics capability, language coverage, aftersales support)

Through this exercise we want a short list of 15-20 potential partners that we can approach, including key contacts for us to approach.

Assuming you deliver successfully, we would then want to expand this research to cover other geographies in Europe, the Americas and APAC

We would expect this to take 5-10 working days to complete
