Sales Specialist/Solutions Specialist
We seek a highly motivated and organized Sales Specialist/Solution Specialist to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive sales quotes, contracts, and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee the order entry process and collaborate with the operations team to guarantee the timely processing and fulfillment of customer orders.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers, verifying order details, clarifying requirements, and providing timely updates on order status and shipments.
- Ensure organized record-keeping of customer interactions, orders, and sales activities within the Transportation Management System (TMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Proactively follow up on essential tasks, including sending confirmation emails, tracking shipments, and maintaining timely client communication.
- Conduct market research to support the sales team in identifying prospective leads and gaining insights into industry trends.
- Manage the sales team’s calendars by scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments.
- Liaison among the sales, operations, and accounting teams to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing sales processes and workflows, providing valuable insights based on a thorough understanding of the company’s services and systems.

• Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will possess 1 to 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, with a preference for experience in the logistics or transportation sector.
- A college diploma or equivalent is required, and a business administration or logistics degree would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using different logistics software tools and applications.
- Experience working overnight shifts (required).
- Reliable internet access, including a backup option (e.g., prepaid Wi-Fi/Data) (required).
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
