Job Description:
As the Website Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in managing and driving sales on our multi-brand website. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase profitability on our multi-brand website.
* Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to drive conversion and maximize average order value.
* Monitor website performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and SEO.
* Continuously optimize the user experience and navigation flow to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat purchases.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and online retail to maintain a competitive edge.

* This is a full-time ongoing position with flexible work hours aligned with local PHP times, with some overlap with USA EST.
