Website Project Manager

We are marketing agency seeking a highly experienced Website Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing complex website builds and digital marketing campaigns.

This is a Mid to senior-level leadership role, not a coordinator position. You will take full ownership of project timelines, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality.

We are looking for someone proactive, strategic, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end website development projects (WordPress or custom builds)
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, copywriters, content creators, and/or media buyers)
- Build detailed project plans, timelines, and task structures
- Enforce accountability and ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Oversee landing page and funnel builds
- Manage campaign launches (ads, email, landing pages, tracking implementation)
- Conduct QA and pre-launch testing
- Identify risks early and proactively resolve bottlenecks
- Improve workflows, documentation, and internal systems
- Provide structured weekly progress and performance reports
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and contractual requirements

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Website or Digital Marketing Project Manager
- Proven experience managing multiple website builds simultaneously
- Strong understanding of website development cycles and digital campaign workflows
- Experience managing remote teams
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on experience with (WordPress / Landing page builders / Project management tools /or Google Workspace)
- Ability to work full-time during PST hours
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup

Preferred (Strong Advantage)

- Experience working with US-based agencies or teams
- Proven track record of successfully completing high-volume website projects
- Technical or development background (highly valued)
