About Us
Happy Floow is a wellness brand focused on hormone-balancing teas and supplements for women. Our mission is to help women feel aligned, energized, and empowered throughout their cycle. We’re looking for a talented Web Designer to bring our visuals to life, enhance our Shopify site (using Gem Pages), and help craft a user experience that feels just as good as our product.

? What You’ll Do:
Design beautiful, feminine, and conversion-optimized web pages using Gem Pages on Shopify

Create custom graphics, banners, and digital assets that match our brand vibe

Collaborate closely with our founder to bring vision boards to life across product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows

Use AI tools like GPT or design plugins to streamline visuals and copy when needed

Strategize and implement improvements based on user behavior (heatmaps, scroll data, A/B tests)

Maintain consistency in color, layout, and design language across the site

Offer creative direction for lifestyle photoshoots or product photography

Understand how to make visuals speak directly to our target audience (young women, health-conscious, holistic)

????? Requirements:
3+ years of experience in web design or graphic design (Shopify/Gem Pages preferred)

Portfolio of previous work with beauty, wellness, or DTC women-focused brands

Proficient in design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva Pro, etc.)

Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to enhance output

A strong eye for typography, color theory, and brand storytelling through visuals

Experience optimizing mobile-first experiences

Creative but also conversion-focused — you know how to blend aesthetics with sales

Self-starter, fast communicator, and can take feedback with grace

Experience with CRO and designing A/B tests

Video editing or GIF creation

Photography direction or ability to build moodboards for campaigns
