Website Designer and Tech Support specialist

I am looking for a part-time Website Designer and Tech Support specialist to independently redesign the Fancy Scientist website in both aesthetics and structure to be attractive, professional, and user-friendly. I expect the website designer to present mockups of what the website should look like, incorporate feedback, and then implement the new design and structure, while maximizing SEO.
This position has two phases. The first is an initial redesign phase requiring more intensive hours to complete the full site overhaul. The second is ongoing part-time maintenance and/or lower webpage creation of several hours per week with an opportunity to expand as the business grows, especially with email marketing. I am looking for someone who wants to be in it with me for the long run and grow.
Essential qualities:
Experience with WordPress and Elementor specifically: Must be able to build and design polished, professional pages independently in Elementor
Experience with Podia (ideal), or similar course and digital product platforms: Ability to build and design pages in Podia and integrate Podia with WordPress seamlessly
An eye for design and aesthetics to make pages look beautiful and on-brand
Proven SEO knowledge and experience implementing on-page SEO best practices such as increasing site speed, keyword optimization, etc.
Tech-savvy and solution-oriented: When something breaks or doesn't work, you troubleshoot until you get it working
Highly communicative. Must provide updates and communicate proactively as agreed upon at the start of the position - no exceptions. No ghosting, extensive periods of time with sickness and/or without Internet access
High standard of excellence: Detail-oriented, MUST be able to follow, maintain, and update SOPs, receive and incorporate feedback into SOPs with the expectation that the mistake made will not be repeated; finds mistakes and fixes them on their own
Quick turnaround time with tasks and completed projects; able to meet and exceed deadlines

Humble and coachable

Email marketing experience, especially in Podia, a plus
Branding is a plus
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Proposing website redesign suggestions for all pages
Building and designing landing pages, podcast pages, and other site pages
Organizing website pages into a hierarchy that makes sense and maximizes users’ experience
Maximizing SEO
Maintaining and improving the overall aesthetics and design consistency of the website
Tech support: troubleshooting website issues, plugin conflicts, and general site errors
Implementing updates and changes based on feedback into SOPs
Other tasks as needed
